1. Download SparePart.apk, then install as usual
2. Open the app Spare Parts
3. Set Window: Fast
4. Set Transition: Fast
5. Fancy Input Animation: yes
6. Font Size & End Button Behavior: ignore
7. Haptic feedback: yes
8. Compatibility Mode: yes
9. Close
For more leverage could use GO Launcher
Setting Go Launcher:
1. Download & Install GO Launcher (Play Store)
2. Make GO Launcher as the default home launcher
3. Select the menu
5. Select the Screen setting
6. Select Screen transition speed
7. Select the Custom
9. Change its speed to 100
10. Change it to 40 elastic
11. Select OK
12. Close (back 3 times)
NOTE
Application required for the user Stock Rom (Tested on 2.3 Gingerbread)
Custom Rom For users no longer need to install the app is usually already available
